π 8 oz rotini pasta (or any short pasta of choice)
π€ 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
π 1 lb chicken breast, diced
πΆοΈ 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

π§ 2 tbsp unsalted butter
π§ 3 cloves garlic, minced
π₯ 1 cup heavy cream
π₯ 1 cup milk
π§ Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
π§ Β½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
πΆοΈ 1 tsp smoked paprika
πΆοΈ Β½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for extra spice)
π§ Β½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

π Directions
1οΈβ£ Cook the Pasta
π Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain & set aside.
2οΈβ£ Season & SautΓ© the Chicken
π₯ Coat shrimp & chicken with 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning.
π₯ Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
π Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes until golden brown & fully cooked. Remove & set aside.
3οΈβ£ Cook the Shrimp
π§ In the same skillet, melt butter & cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink & opaque. Remove & set aside.
