Ingredients:
1 cup whole milk (or dairy-free alternative)
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)
2 chamomile tea bags
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
In a small saucepan, combine the milk and water. Heat over medium-low heat until warm, but do not allow it to boil.
Add the chamomile tea bags to the warm mixture and let them steep for 5-7 minutes. Remove the tea bags, gently squeezing out any remaining liquid back into the saucepan.
Stir in the honey and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined. If youβre using cinnamon, add a pinch and whisk gently to create a frothy texture.
Pour the prepared latte into your favorite mug and enjoy it warm as a soothing bedtime treat.
