Baked Cottage Cheese Eggs With Turkey Bacon

Ingredients:

6 large eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional add-ins: chopped vegetables (spinach, tomatoes, onions), cooked turkey bacon, chicken sausage, herbs
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, milk, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
Stir in any optional add-ins, such as chopped vegetables, cooked turkey bacon, chicken sausage, or herbs.
Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set.
Let the dish cool for a few minutes before serving.
