  • Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for greasing)
  • Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a baking dish with olive oil or butter.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Garnish with chopped chives if desired and serve warm.
