ย Cherry Chocolate Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 pint cherry ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). ๐Ÿ”ฅ
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well mixed.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden, then allow it to cool completely. โณ
  4. In another bowl, gently fold the softened cherry ice cream with the fresh cherries and mini chocolate chips. Spread this delicious mixture into the cooled crust.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the ice cream is nice and firm. โ„๏ธ
  6. Just before serving, add luscious whipped cream on top, garnish with fresh cherries, sprinkle more mini chocolate chips, and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
