Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 pint cherry ice cream, softened
- 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup chocolate sauce
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). ๐ฅ
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden, then allow it to cool completely. โณ
- In another bowl, gently fold the softened cherry ice cream with the fresh cherries and mini chocolate chips. Spread this delicious mixture into the cooled crust.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the ice cream is nice and firm. โ๏ธ
- Just before serving, add luscious whipped cream on top, garnish with fresh cherries, sprinkle more mini chocolate chips, and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
